Eliminate beliefs that no longer serve you, and imprint more-effective ones. Your inner reality or beliefs are reflected back to you as your experience in the outer world. Regain your youthfulness and vitality. I've been blessed with a healing gift to turn back the clock, or reverse the aging processes, a process that naturally varies according to each person's needs. Sometimes, for example, that might involve helping a woman regain the use of her brain, which had faded almost into oblivion. Or I might be working with someone to create an endocrine system that is every bit as healthy as at any time in his entire adult life — if not more so; as you know, the endocrine system plays a vital role in regaining lost vitality and youth. Something else I work with quite often, and with considerable success, is eliminating all the negative things people say to their bodies and which their bodies really hear. Eliminate the fear of rejection, abandonment, and hurt. At some point in our lives, all of us have experienced these painful feelings. For some people they begin very early: even an infant in a shopping cart, for example, is likely to feel these when his mother moves beyond his sight — although she may still be nearby and able to see him herself. Very few of us have never experienced these or other such feelings. If, however, you are deeply imprinted with these fears, you will attract to yourself again and again exactly what you fear. It is one of the Universal Laws.

Lose your addiction to the approval of others. In one way or another, nearly everyone is addicted to the approval of others. Because of that addiction, we may sometimes find ourselves doing or saying things against our wishes or better judgment — perhaps even making commitments that are not in our best interests. When that addiction is no longer an issue for you, you will stop saying, "yes" when you'd rather say, "no." You'll also be able to ask for what you want without your mental screen flashing a warning message that, "they may not like me if I do."

Eliminate your fear of lack of money, and/or your worries about money. As an energy healer, I know that it's all energy; in fact, quantum physics points out that we live in a veritable sea of energy. As an energy imprint, however, many of us have very disempowering fears and worries. While on a teleseminar with me, or though a personal appointment, or while listening to one of my many CD's, you may experience healing on the issue of money — not only your fear of not having it but also your general worry about it. The energy healing or spiritual healing would be different for everyone, however; even as no two snowflakes are ever alike, neither are there ever two people exactly alike. You can be assured that every healing you experience has been configured just for you by God.

Know you can have what you want. Through doing energy healing work with people for over eleven years, I have found that most people don't genuinely believe they can have what they want. Often, issues of worthiness and deserving enter into this lack of belief, which you can easily reprogram by attending one of my teleseminars on this topic, purchasing the related CD, or booking a one-hour appointment with me.

Eliminate your belief in struggle. So many people believe that life is a struggle, or relationships are a struggle, or finding a position that is right for them is a struggle - the list is endless. Also endless, however, are the options relative to what consciousness you might receive to eliminate such struggle. How would you like to have a life where you knew and depended upon your guidance with absolute trust and faith? No struggle there!

Be imprinted on a DNA level (both physical and etheric) that you're worthy and deserving of love, respect, and so much more. Because so many people believe themselves unworthy and undeserving of love and respect, one of the first things I do as an energy healer or spiritual healer is to empower people to love, accept, and respect themselves. This, in turn, attracts people who love and respect them. Or, people who didn't love and respect them before either now do or gradually fall away. There are many alternatives as to how this process might play out itself out, but one thing is for sure: you can bet the house it'll be better than anything they could ever have asked for. Today, we call that phenomenon the Law of Attraction, one of twelve Universal Laws we all live by whether we know them or not.
